Cauliflower Gruyere Bake

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, small florets, cooked, well drained
- 1 T butter
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 4 T flour
- 2 C gruyere cheese, grated
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2 ea eggs
Instructions
- Mix the bread crumbs, flour and cheese in a bowl. Pat 1/2 the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
- Mix the cauliflower, sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl, then pour over the bread crumb mixture in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining bread crumb mixture.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
- Plate and serve.
